The Blenman-Elm neighborhood is known for being quiet and peaceful. It's an 8-minute bike ride to the University of Arizona and a short drive to downtown. Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news this is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience higher than normal noise level please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night's sleep.
This is a duplex.
A/C in one bedroom, in the living room and one huge evap cooler for the whole house. While there is A/C here, Tucson weather can be extremely hot and our A/C's have difficulties cooling the whole home when this happens. Please do consider this when you book.
Front-Facing cameras outside of the property and at the entrance for your safety.
Please let us know if you will be needing a crib during your stay to ensure its availability. It can be furnished for $25. Bring your own bedding!

Our stay here was great. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We came out of state to Tucson for work and this place accommodated our crew of 2. They were also very accommodating as our crew wanted to come home early for Halloween so we were able to get a refund for the final 3 nights of our stay with no hesitation. Please note that it’s important as someone who is booking to look at the bottom of the listing for additional notes about the property if you are someone who prefers not to share any spaces on a trip. We are looking forward to future stays with this host. Thanks so much! Great location in a quiet neighborhood of Tucson. Saguaro and Mt. Lemon are within driving distance. The space was perfect for our family of four. A whiteboard said the floors were being redone so the floor was fairly dirty. Aside from that, the house was perfect. The backyard was a great place to unwind at the end of the day and enjoy the fall weather. Would definitely stay again. M
