We found the home cute, cozy and all the essentials we needed were available. Spent a day at the cabin while my boys went fishing and I enjoyed the peace and tranquility! I especially appreciated the communication between the host who was very friendly and caring! Being able to have our dog was the deal breaker! Overall we enjoyed our stay and the apartment met our needs. It is in a great location, very spacious and was clean upon arrival. It is centrally located within walking distance to University Blvd, 4 Ave, and the downtown area, which was the main reason we booked it. Even though the unit was as advertised, I would point out a few things which could be improved. Even though the living room is spacious, it lacks comfortable seating. There were only 3 of us but the small couch only fit two adults and the bar stools were small and quickly became uncomfortable. It also lacked some of the comforts of home which you don't think about until you need them: dresser for clothes, hangers, paper and pen, and an iron. The iron was advertised but I could not find it. I could have contacted the host but did have time to wait for one. The apartment is near several frat houses which was expected being so close to University Blvd. It was noisy on St Patrick's Day, Fri and Sat in the main bedroom.

Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing. We had incredible views of the mountains and it wasn’t a far drive to get things needed. Very nicely decorated and full of amenities!

We absolutely loved this place! It was the perfect landing spot after wrapping up a long RV road trip—comfortable, clean, and such a nice change of pace from living in the camper. The location is ideal: super close to the university yet surprisingly quiet (we never heard any noise from campus or neighbors). At the same time, it’s an easy walk to downtown for dinner, coffee, or just exploring. We really appreciated having the best of both worlds without any of the usual college-town chaos. Street parking was plentiful and right out front—no hunting for spots or worrying about permits, which made unloading after the RV life a breeze. Host was responsive and the whole stay felt effortless. We’d book again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Welgo, was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and hassle-free. Although, we had an issue with looking at the building as the address on the website is not the same as the properties location. Also, Parking was an issue as it was not free and we need to pay everyday. Would love to stay next time if there is free parking. Nevertheless, the location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions and essentials. I also appreciated the small touches like fresh linens, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel like home. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Everything is extremely EXCELLENT! clean, comfortable bed, Nice kitchen stuff,  nice location, BUT I'm PETITE, and the TOILET was extremely uncomfortable, check the measurements, READ the description 😀.  The closet is bigger than the bathroom,  maybe can do a remodelation at the future.

We just completed a stay at the Cali Retreat. This is a nice little home in the Blenman-Elm historic district, so the neighborhood itself is super walkable and quiet with active friendly neighbors. We originally booked for just a few days, buy extended our stay to just under 3 weeks, because the place fit our needs so well. Comfortable beds, nice little kitchen, relaxing private side yard with fire pit, artificial turf and outside dining area. Place is just as listed, convenient to University of Arizona, University Medical Center, and so many dining and shopping options. Great Stay. Thanks!

This stay felt like stepping into a Pinterest dream 🌿 The room was cozy and thoughtfully styled, and the pool with city views was a total highlight 💙 The host was also helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish.

We had a comfortable stay and Welgo was very responsive to questions. The iron and coffee maker may need replacing or repair, but we appreciated the white noise machine, AC, easy entry, comfy bed, and cleanliness. Thank you!!
