We only allow one dog (no cats) under these conditions: Contact us before booking with your dog’s details Dog must be house-trained, up-to-date on vaccines, and under 40 lbs Dog must be leashed on property, never left unattended unless crated, and never on furniture You are financially responsible for any damage your dog causes Excessive barking must be addressed immediately No fenced yard is available Pet Fees: Stays of 3 nights or less: $70 cleaning fee Stays over 3 nights: $20/night 🛑 No cats allowed 🚫 Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $200 fine and removal from the property
