Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news this is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience higher than normal noise level please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night's sleep.
This is a duplex.
A/C in one bedroom, in the living room and one huge evap cooler for the whole house. While there is A/C here, Tucson weather can be extremely hot and our A/C's have difficulties cooling the whole home when this happens. Please do consider this when you book.

Please let us know if you will be needing a crib during your stay to ensure its availability. It can be furnished for $25. Bring your own bedding!

Perfect stay
Positive: Facilities and space. Very clean and nice. Suited our needs well. Extremely prompt and open communicators. it's a quiet town with lots of good restaurants around, definitely would book again. I was in Tucson for a major surgery. I stayed for a month. The neighborhood was great to walk around for my recovery. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The kitchen was adequate, but since we were cooking most of our meals the implements and available pots and pans were only adequate. I imagine most guests prefer to eat in local spots, so a fully equipped kitchen may be asking too much. The grill outside didn’t work, but the hosts responded immediately with a brand new grill. Impressive effort to make our stay a happy one. They always communicated immediately with us. Also an impressive thing for a host to respond to all our needs. Great place! Spacious, clean and comfortable!
