The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There are also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations walking distance.
Other things to note:
Just a quick heads-up: There may be occasional noise from a neighboring property due to some construction nearby. Most guests find it to be minimal, and we don’t expect it to impact your stay. However, we appreciate your understanding if you happen to notice any activity.

Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! Great location- bathroom a little small for a 6ft tall guy like me, but was very roomy otherwise Great little downtown apartment a block away from the light rail in one direction and an awesome coffee shop the other direction. Access to many other restaurants and bars and would be a perfect walkable spot for a show at the Rialto or Fox Theater.
The bathroom is very very small, which took some getting used to. A/C was cold enough and the bed comfy enough to still go 5 stars. Awesome place! The place was clean, nice amenities but they layout of the placed was peculiar with an extremely small bathroom and a shower you could barely get into and once inside the shower you could barely move. There are better options in the area , they tried too hard to get too many units in one building. Everything was good, good communication , place was clean and nice just a setup that is not ideal. Perfect fit! Basically next door to my son’s apartment. Quick and easy access.
