Quiet, friendly, and central location - 4 min drive to downtown. 5 min Walk to UA. Sam Hughes neighborhood is known in Tucson for the safety and friendliness of residents.
Once on Lester Street look for the only house on the south side of the road. It is a brick triplex. 1822 is the first door closest to the road. A dedicated parking spot is behind the apartment with a parking sign.
Mid Stay Cleans / Cleaning Before Checkout for $84 includes linen & towel change + restocking of offered supplies (coffee, creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel etc.) Available upon request, Applicable for stays that are 10 nights or less.
This unit does not share an entry or rooms with other units but does share walls. You would also have to pass by other apartments.
Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than the normal noise level, please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night's sleep.
