Welgo was a responsive and accommodating host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew and check-in that I think was just a one time issue - but we had to wait an hour past the check in time to get access to the room. There was also a problem with the hot water, which I assume has been fixed by now. The bed is a full size bed- so was right for two people. The couch is also tiny so it felt cramped with the two of us. I would recommend this unit to a single traveler. Great stay, for the price.
