The bedroom with queen-sized bed and a queen sofa bed for maximum occupancy of 4 so you & your guests can sleep comfortably! The bathroom is very small. One who would use it cannot move as freely as one should be when in a normal-sized bathroom. It is an old and historic building. It is not suggested for people who do not want to be in confined spaces. (Exact measurements are 23 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 69 in tall)..
You will have access to the whole unit including the shared yard.
The unit is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs to access.

This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. We had a wonderful stay, great neighborhood and location; we appreciated that the dog could come along, but we were quite shocked about the condition of the house and the apartment. It is a unit in an old and decrepit building that needs renovation; there are four rental units and people come and go, creating lots of noise etc. The apartment is very small, no table and chairs, instead four bar stools, some broken. The bathroom is very small and the shower only usable for small and thin folks; the kitchen is very limited. In other words, we paid way too much for what we got. Excellent location. Very cozy accommodations. Rarely have I stayed in a location that utilized space as well as they did! Lazarus

Welgo should not be allowed to host on Airbnb.<br/>The apartment was great, but the process of getting it was completely unacceptable. The host required either a $35 fee for potential damages or a $250 deposit given to them off of the Airbnb platform. I did not discover this until after reserving the apartment. Within 5 minutes, I asked for a cancellation, as I did not want to pay the extra fee, or trust an unknown host with $250. They refused to cancel the reservation on their end, telling me to cancel on my end, which would have meant paying 50% of the cost. It turned out that information about the required deposit was buried within the 57 paragraph description of the apartment. When looking through many listings, I skim, rather than hunting for scams in the descriptions. <br/>The hosts also have a later check-in time and earlier checkout time than I've ever seen, and require additional fees to check in or out at normal times. Very scammy, in my opinion, and not at in the spirit of Airbnb. Jeremiah
