If you're here for business, our internet connection has been proven reliable for remote work.
The bedrooms with queen-sized bed and a queen sofa bed for maximum occupancy of 4 per unit so you & your guests can sleep comfortably! There are 4 units in the building and the unit can accommodate maximum of 16 people. We care about comfortability for all our guests, so count on it that even your furry pal can also sleep comfortably on the dog bed (one out of the many pet amenities we provide!).
The kitchen in each 1 bedroom unit is fully equipped with all that you need. If there's anything apart from the basics that you need to cook the delicious menu for your stay, we're a message away! The best part, you get to enjoy coffee on us! There's also a community fire pit with a fire pit grate.
To complete the Welgo experience, my team is available 24/7 to attend to your messages and needs!

The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There are also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations walking distance.

We had four families, the place provided privacy four each and allowed room for cozy gathering in the different units. The light rail provided easy access to both the university and the west side of downtown. The location has great driving access to good liking areas. Tracee

Loved the location and the quaint building. It was a perfect airbnb for myself and my 3 coworkers and allowed us all to have our own space. The host is not joking about the size of the shower but, water pressure was amazing and it just takes a little creative positioning to avoid filling the bathroom with water.
Super clean kitchen and fridge, linens and towels were soft and impeccably clean and luxurious. Be advised, there are 2 larger units downstairs with access to the backyard. The two units upstairs are a little smaller and don't have direct access to the outside but all units were very quiet and had similar layouts. Local coffee shop one block away and a 5 minute walk to a ton of restaurants in downtown Tucson. I'd definitely stay here again!
