- Long Term Stay Cleaning Fee: For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3.

Thiis is our second time to stay at one of Welgo's catalog of units. As consistent as the description. Check-in is a breeze, with consideration of our availability. Consistent superior service and great value for money. One of the best airbnbs i‘ve stayed at. Would go there again! Great place and very responsive and accommodating host.
