The “Cali Resort” was a great choice for our week in Tucson. Close to downtown, the U of A (went to a football and basketball game), the mountains and hiking and many great restaurant offerings. It’s a sweet, private and quiet getaway, perfect for 4 people with all the amenities you need. And the price was so reasonable. Certainly a place we would return to.

Excellent experience. Corner penthouse apartment. Private, peaceful and as pictured. Aircon and WiFi were both top notch, so it is perfect for a working holiday. Directly across the street from Eastwood mall with plenty of restaurant and gym options available. Would definitely choose to stay here amongst all other options in Quezon City.

Good host. I booked last min, very responsive. Unit is large and well kept, check in is a breeze. The building itself requires a per head admin fee of Php 250 so take into acct when booking as this can add to the overall cost.

The place is very spacious and has everything you need, especially if you’re planning to stay for more than a few days. All essentials are complete, from kitchen tools to toiletries, which made the stay really convenient. The location is also a big plus since it’s walking distance to the mall and nearby establishments, so getting food or running errands was very easy. Had a great time in Welgo’s unit. My 2nd time staying in one of their units and this is so far the best one. Everything is provided and clean. There’s three ACs available but I was able to use only one in the bedroom coz it’s already enough to cool the whole unit. Will be back soonest!

There are hidden charges you might not notice at first when checking the listing, such as the registration fee and the protection plan (₱1,000 non-reimbursable or ₱5,000 reimbursable). Also, there’s no allotted parking space. Other than that, everything’s great.

When I came across this property on Airbnb it seemed too good to be true. The house was very tidy and equipped with everything I needed! They even went ahead to provide logistics for my meetings, which was very helpful! The place is near the University so there’s a great vibe in the evening, with many restaurant options a few blocks away. The host was attentive to my needs and kept me updated throughout my stay. This place felt like home and exceeded my expectations. When I needed to extend my stay to finish up some work the host was very accommodating. Good location if doing something at the U.  Pretty noisy street.  Comfortable beds, clean and uncluttered.  Could use more coffee and creamer.  Comforters that fit the bed size.  Maybe a little better description of where the parking is.  Not really on-site.  Lots of trepidation over signs in parking lot about towing without proper permit.  We were never told about parking permits.  Nothing happened but we worried each night if we would be towed.  I would recommend for the price.

Please do not stay here! We went to check in and the front and back doors were wide open, kitchen was a mess, laundry on the floor, crumbs, beds unmade. We messaged the host who put us in the unit next door. We walked with our belongings to the next unit and someone was finishing cleaning so they let us in. We put our things down and went to dinner. We come back and the door code doesnt work. Instructions and code completely incorrect. My phone, laptop, medication and our personal items were locked inside. We used my partners phone to call air bnb support (I booked reservation, but my phone was locked inside) who tried to contact the host. They couldn’t get in touch with host for 4 hours. We were stuck outside of the unit and forced to book a hotel for the night because we couldn’t get in. We had to leave the property with our items locked inside having no idea when host would answer. I’ve heard of air bnb horror stories but have never experienced one until now. Absolute nightmare

The place was lovely and right near a bustling college street with restaurants and cafes. It was a steal for the price had great decor in a historic-feeling home. It was on a street with a lot of car traffic, just fyi. However, they required a surprise $200 deposit (to be returned after the stay) or a $35 non-refundable fee. I'd never seen that before and was caught off guard: apparently certain vendors can ask for this outside of AirBnB's platform. I was worried about getting scammed so I contacted AirBnb. Initially, they said AirBnb prohibits that, but when I called customer support, I was told it was allowed for this vendor. Anyways, this all could've been avoided had they been more upfront about the additional deposit before I booked.
