Long Term Stay Cleaning Fee: For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3.

*Please be reminded that Traction and Chain Laws are in effect. Your vehicle needs to be All Wheel Drive or 4x4 with good tires for snow or ice. A 4x2 will be okay as long as you have the chains just in case.*
Please avoid putting food down the sink drainâdispose of it in the trash instead. If food ends up clogging the pipes, a $100 plumbing fee will apply.

The tiny home was perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was just as description in the photos. we had everything we needed, and it was in a great spot to go to local restaurants and stores. Alexander

Although the place seemed great, there was very obviously a lack of thoroughness when it came to the management of the space. We arrived later than the check-in time, and upon using the bathroom we discovered a dead mouse in the toilet. When we contacted the number provided to us, it took them an entire hour to come retrieve it. No apology given by them, just a simple, âWelcome to the mountains!â We tried to look for gloves and anything useable to get it ourselves, and thatâs when we noticed the first aid kit provided was empty save for a few bandages and ointment. And if we wanted to wash our hands in the kitchen, it was difficult as there was no nozzle for the soap dispenser. They gave us a giant bottle of dish soap to compensate⌠The bathroom consisted of watered down hand soap and watered down conditioner. The bed sheets were obviously never cleaned after the previous guests, as we found hair all over the sheets. I was told Iâd have a talk with management, they never contacted me. Zaria

Place looked like photos, was really clean. Only issue was the shower water got cold really fast, and the washer stopped working out the blue on our last day. Also the host was very slow to respond at times.
