The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There is also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations within walking distance.
Other things to note:
Just a quick heads-up: There may be occasional noise from a neighboring property due to some construction nearby. Most guests find it to be minimal, and we don’t expect it to impact your stay. However, we appreciate your understanding if you happen to notice any activity.

Great place, and the location is perfect. Apartment was remarkably spacious and cozy! We loved how close it was to all the downtown restaurants and easily accessible to go visit local attractions. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future! This is my second time staying at one of Welgo’s properties. The area is perfect for all things downtown. The apartment itself is very comfortable and was perfect for my quick vacation. I would highly recommend this place! Nice location and super responsive host. I appreciated Welgo’s communication. Also make sure you lift the latch from the inside to lock the front door.
