The bathroom is very small. One who would use it cannot move as freely as one should be when in a normal-sized bathroom. It is an old and historic building. It is not suggested for people who do not want to be in confined spaces.(Measurement is around 23 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 69 in tall)..

The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There is also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations within walking distance.

I think the airbnb was a priced for the location. It was a historic building and the perfect location to downtown Tucson. I went to a concert at the Rialto and it was a 4 minute walk. There were lots of restaurants around and things to do. I loved that I was able to bring my dog with a fee of course but there was a walking trail with a dog park right across the street which I was very grateful for. The listing does mention the small historic bathroom so I was warned but it was still a shock. Nonetheless I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and location was perfect. I will say the couch does need to be upgraded but overall a nice place with nice space. Well was very response when I had questions regarding the parking pass. I was able to park right in front of the home with no issues or citations. Directions were easy to follow and I was grateful the rapid responses and solutions from Welgo! Thank you :) I try to rent from actual homeowners and not corporations, my mistake. Be it the constant advertising for upcharges ($20 an hour for late check out, $30 for clean towels- all of which are not paid through the Airbnb app and a violation) and the “damage waiver fee”, the cheery and saccharine messages from the corporate bot replete with emojis (can’t wait for the same corporatespeak response to this review) as well as a bathroom so small that any adult cannot fit in it- this is the sterile and corporate experience that has soured Airbnb. <br/>If I want corporate, I get a hotel. If I want to meet locals and live like a local, I rent an Airbnb from a local homeowner. This is just me, I know the rest of you probably love renting from investment firms at jacked up prices, so feel free to ignore. This is an old run down house, there’s construction going on in the houses next door and across the street, crack addicts gather on the corner near the bridge; I’d forgive it if it was a human landlord Nichole
