Central location - 4 min drive to downtown. 5 min Walk to UA. Rincon Heights neighborhood is known in Tucson for the safety and friendliness of residents.
The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There are also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations walking distance.

- Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than the normal noise level, please contact us and we will take care of it!

We booked this Airbnb, thinking it would be like other Airbnb’s, but make sure you read the stipulations and rules. You have to pay a deposit in order to get check-in details. We almost canceled because of the rules listed on the site because we were worried about extra fees and charges in case something went wrong or they found someway to charge us. Otherwise, the site was clean and easy to access. We felt safe in the area. good location but I wouldn’t come back, towels smelled of cigarettes and sheets smelled bad, bathroom wasn’t very clean. Once airbnb confirm your reservation they send you a link to another website to make a security deposit or pay a insurance. Also wifi wasn’t working for 2 days
