You will have complete access to the studio unit. Building amenities such as Infinity/Lap pool, Fitness pool, Jacuzzi, Sun Deck Lounge/Pool beds, Indoor Spa and Sauna room, Day Care and Business Center, Fitness Gym, and Changing/Shower rooms can be accessed with a fee.

Eastwood City has everything you need! Be it convenience store, supermarket, local banks, gyms, restaurants, cafes, etc.
Want to roam around Eastwood? Try to ride the shuttle bus for free! You can find the route or drop off points in front of the building.
Outside of Eastwood Travels, you can easily book a Grab and pin "One Eastwood Avenue Tower 1" or if you prefer to commute, there is usually buses and jeeps along C5 going to or from different points e.g. Cubao, BGC - Market! Market!, Mckinley Hill, Pasay (Newport) etc.
TAKE NOTE!
- Accessible paid parking off premises: There is also one free parking slot available within the building, but it operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is shared among all units. The parking slot will be reserved for whoever secures it first.
- Long Term Stay Cleaning Fee: For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3.
-Cats are not allowed - our housekeepers are allergic to cats
One-time Registration Fee = 250 Php/pax (ages 8 and up) (to be collected via Airbnb Resolution Center/ payment request)
Amenity use (to be collected by admin):
- Swimming pool + Gym = 500 Php/pax/day
- Spa + Sauna room= 500 Php/pax/day (Adults only)
Note: Transaction Fee of P25 is added when processing the registration fee or amenity fee.
- Pools are closed on Mondays for maintenance & cleaning

Welgo's place is located in a great area, everything from grocery store, restaurants lot of choices, shopping<br/>mall within a walk, night view is so great.<br/>Will recommend to other friends and family, will come back again, when available, hopefully this year.<br/>Thank you. <br/>Mchamberlain Arah Lim
