We had a very nice stay and the apartment met our needs.<br/>Some of the things that stood out:<br/>-excellent, walkable location <br/>-great communication with the host<br/>-two-car garage<br/>-lots of outlets and extension cords<br/>-very spacious<br/>-plenty of toilet paper, towels, blankets, shampoos, keurig pods<br/>Some of the things that could be improved:<br/>-dated and/or worn flooring, carpet, bath mats<br/>-lack of seating in living room (only two could sit comfortably on the couch, or 3 tightly. the rest of us sat on uncomfortable bar stools)<br/>-bad shower head in the hallway bathroom (I'll send more info to the host so it can be fixed)<br/>-overpriced, but we were there over a holiday/event weekend.<br/>-low-budget furnishings (flimsy lamps/shelves, plastic plants, minimal cookware/dishware)<br/>The apartment is near two frat houses. I didn't hear anything indoors but kept my room closed. My guests had windows open and heard noise at night.<br/>Overall I recommend this place and would come back at regular (non-event) prices. The photos for the living room showed a larger couch than the one that was there when we arrived. There was four of us and that was one of the reasons we selected that one. Also the photo of the outdoor area showed a working fire pit but it did not have propane or rocks in the top of it. The space is nice and a great location! We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and breweries. Kitchen space was nice and having a garage to park in was also a plus. Hector Ivan
