The 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a queen sofa bed for maximum of 6 guests per apartment (YOU GET TWO!) so you & your guests can sleep comfortably! We care about comfortability for all our guests, so count on it that even your furry pal can also sleep comfortably on the pet bed (one out of the many pet amenities we provide!).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need. If there's anything apart from the basics that you need to cook the delicious menu for your stay, we're a message away! The best part, you get to enjoy unlimited coffee on us!

Central location - 4 min drive to downtown. 5 min Walk to UA. Rincon Heights neighborhood is known in Tucson for the safety and friendliness of residents.
The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There are also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations walking distance.

- Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than the normal noise level, please contact us and we will take care of it!

Our experience with this stay was more stressful than expected. Before our trip, we were informed that the home we originally booked had been sold and was no longer available, so we were asked to move to a different property. While we appreciated being offered an alternative, the new location felt like a downgrade, but when we checked, the price was actually lower than our original booking. However, when we asked about an adjustment, we were told the prices were “the same.” By the time I went back to check, the listing price had changed, which was frustrating and felt misleading. In the week leading up to our stay, we were asked to fill out a separate form confirming our group size, followed by a request to pay an additional fee outside of Airbnb, which we declined to do. The property itself was okay but worn: damaged furniture, limited seating, and a moldy shower curtain. We just felt like we were continually taken advantage of. Wonderful stay in Tucson. Walking distance to the campus and some restaurants. Would stay again! Also just because I didn’t realize… remember it’s 2 separate apts Alexander

Friendly hosts, easy check-in, and good location. This was such a great stay. The two spaces were a nice way to add more privacy for our group of 5. The rooms were a good size, clean, comfortable......very nice. Both spaces had pull out couches. We used one and could have certainly had another friend join comfortably. I believe the listing says can fit 11, but if there were couples in each room the bathroom would certainly be difficult to manage with so many.
The neighborhood felt safe and is situated in a good location. The university is a short 5-10 minute walk. 4th and 6th street are an easy 25 minute walk to activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The only thing I would recommend when booking is to consider the 3pm check in and 10am out time. 3pm felt like a late start (our flights came in at 4, but had we arrived earlier it would have been tough without a car to deal with luggage before check in). We met the 10am check out, but felt a little rushed. Not a complaint, just something to consider.
