It’s such a nice little house with all promised amenities. Had plenty of pots and pans, silverware, plates etc to cook your own meals. Nice and peaceful neighborhood.

The hosts were quick to respond to my questions. They provided clear check-in and checkout instructions. Cabinets were well labeled in the kitchen, so I was able to quickly locate dishes and things.

The perfect spot for our group and fur baby to stay for the Tucson Gem Show. Close to everything and many restaurants in walking distance. And the beds were so comfortable. A very hard feature to find in most places. This was a corner house on the main Street, so there was traffic noise. That did not bother us at all. Especially since the had a noise maker in each bedroom. We would absolutely stay again.

Incredible Location!!
Positive: Incredible location on University Boulevard by the CVS. The house is adorable with cute decor and thoughtfully chosen amenities.

Negative: Street was a little noisy but they thoughtfully gave us a bunch of earplugs

Quiet, convenient and comfortable.
Positive: It was so close to Banner, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for our purposes. (We used it as a base while my spouse underwent major surgery). The management was extremely responsive to our needs.  The neighborhood is centrally located in Tucson, and an easy drive to anything needed.

This nicely appointed tiny home is situated on a hillside in Colorado, I did well to have 4x4 in January as the beautiful trees all around can make ice in shady areas. Also arriving during daylight was helpful. Once inside I was delighted with all of the thoughtful touches provided in this sweet place, no end to the charming details without being "too much"  I thrilled with the great value, I will stay here again and high recommend!

We had 3 couples staying at the house. Bedrooms were fine, but we didn’t think about only having one bathroom. Everything worked out and we enjoyed our stay.

The home was comfortable and communication was a breeze. Clean, clutter free and had a few games to play in our down time. We mainly used the home for a landing spot after long days at the field for a sports tournament but basics were available throughout the home and met our needs. There is a two car garage for parking, fit a mid size SUV but not a Ram 1500, requiring parking on the street (easy on a weekend and no problems overnight). We were able to walk to nearby restaurants in the evening and felt safe doing so. The rooms and beds were comfortable, though light does enter the main bedroom through the balcony doors from neighboring floodlights at night. Our stay included Friday/Saturday nights and there was a fair amount of noise from passing vehicles with loud music well into the early hours of the morning (Saturday being notably more), a sound machine app helped drown it out but they also had ear plugs available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive.

Welgo’s place was an exceptional apartment. Very large, clean and comfortable loft style apartment with every amenity you might need. Building security is good and the place is in close proximity to everything including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and so on. Grab is readily accessible. There is a gym and pool that you can use by contacting property management. Would highly recommend.
