Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was fantastic with the owners. The house was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The pillows were great, which is important to me. There was coffee, and even stuff to make pancakes. We used the fireplace which was very warm and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and we had a really relaxing weekend. It was just what we needed!!

The location was excellent for two days exploring Tucson. The apartment was clean and cozy. The living room/kitchen area would be tight for more than two people to hang out.

Excellent house for the price. The host was responsive. I didn't expect it but the area is extremely quiet. The house felt comfortable and was very clean. It had a huge back area. One thing I really appreciated were the cabinet locks. I have a 1 year old and it cut the amount I had to say "no" by about half compared to other places we've stayed :)

Positive: Location is fantastic. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, UofA and Sun Link Streetcar. Very cute home. Stocked with everything we needed. Host provides ear plugs since the area can get noisy and home is older (with thin walls) - appreciated the ear plugs!

The home was perfect my wife and I will definitely book again when visiting Colorado . The home was clean , well maintained & just like the pictures ! The host responds quickly and are very helpful and friendly. Propane tanks for the grill & fire pit were full , and had all the kitchen utensils / pots and pans you need. Bed and couch were comfortable and just a cozy home overall . With an amazing view with a calm and quiet neighborhood. Definetly recommend if you’re going to pikes peak / Cheyenne mountain zoo / garden if the gods since they’re a short drive away with Walmart a mile away for all your other needs.

First and foremost, I want to thank the Welgo admin for being proactive and considerate with all of my requests that have been granted. Special shout-out to Armin, who has been there from the day that I booked the place till we check out and refund my money. You are so accommodating to answer all of my queries and helpful to assist us. You make us feel that you are always there 24/7 in every concern that we encounter. Our stay at Eastwood Global Luxury Residences was very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is excellent—close to dining, shopping, and everything we needed. The unit was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described, which we truly appreciated. We also loved the beautiful city view, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was kind, responsive, and addressed our needs promptly, making our stay smooth and stress-free. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

I really liked staying here with my family. It was very comfortable and clean. It had so many touches with comfort in mind - well stocked kitchen, coffee, nice outdoor area, very comfortable bed choices, and baby and dog friendly!! <br/>I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t seem like the type of neighborhood I wanted to keep my car parked outside of the property instead of inside, so I would have liked to be able to park inside. Besides that, I would definitely stay here again! We really enjoyed our time here. Hot tub also was not turned on.

We stayed at Welgos place for Christmas Eve. it was just me and all my children and grandchildren. it was like we were at home. It was peaceful and private. We would have loved to have used the fire pit outside however it had rained and was really cold for the babies out. We made dinner ans breakfast as a family, laughter, cheers, just happy making beautiful memories in a cute house. Beds were comfy decorations we loved it all. the only downfall was in the listing it had mentioned a ping pong table which there wasn't one and the kids were looking forward to playing that haha but its ok not a big deal. Just a few things perhaps having more serving utensils, foil plastic wrap a can opener haha another bathroom 🤣🤣🤣 7 adults sharing 1 bathroom we were drawing straws. but overall our stay was great we would deff come back to this Welgos place. Thank you!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! In a great location. Cute little yard with table chairs a gas<br/>Fire pit(did not work for our stay, unfortunately), hammock and decorative lighting. The house was clean, free of odor, well stocked with all the essentials (empty body wash, but I had my own anyway) and looks just as good as the pictures! The porch on the back is cute and private. The only downside was the outdoor heater was unfortunately not working. I did contact the owner about this. He was very quick to respond and had people come out to fix it, but unfortunately it did not work for the duration of our stay. The the main floor bed is comfortable and there is a good amount of storage in the room. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here! Would definitely book again! Also, the host was so kind as to leave us a Christmas Cookie Tin! Beautiful spot, great location, wonderful view amenities, gracious host 💜
